Shipping and Returns
We want our clients to be completely satisfied, and we will do every thing in our power to assure that you are. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us before using your piece. All sales are final.
Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours. Many products we offer are made to order directly from the manufacturer, who is often an individual artist, so although most products ship within a week we ask that you allow up to four weeks for delivery - this is the only way we can offer the catalog we do. If we believe your purchase will take longer than 4 weeks to arrive we will contact you. A correct street address is needed.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm local laws and restrictions regarding the type of products being shipped.
We are not responsible for packages after they leave our warehouse for shipment. Once they have been picked up, all packages are the responsibility of the Shipping Company until they have been delivered.
If you received a cracked item, simply return the UNUSED item in its original, shipped condition for a replacement. In certain situations we may offer store credit. Any items which have been USED are NOT eligible for return or exchange and will not be shipped back. Air bubbles in the glass pieces are not considered cracks and will not be eligible for return, refund, or store credit. Air bubbles caused by opals, gems, or other items are not considered cracks or broken items.
*** Broken/ Cracked Items have to be Reported within 12 hrs of Delivery to Qualify to be Reviewed for Return. No used items will be returned. Air bubbles near encased opals and gems are not eligible for return.
